The 1900/65A is a mechanical condition monitoring device from Bently Nevada, used for continuous monitoring and protection of various industrial equipment. The main parameters are as follows:
- Sensor Input: Provides 4 sensor input channels, which can be configured via software to support 2-wire and 3-wire accelerometers, velocity sensors, or proximity sensors.
- Temperature Input: Equipped with 4 temperature input channels, supporting thermocouples of types E, J, K, and T, as well as 2-wire or 3-wire platinum resistors.
- Relay Output: 6 relay outputs. Users can use the 1900 configuration software to set the relay contacts to open or close based on the channel status (normal, alarm, and danger).
- Analog Output: 4 analog 4-20mA recorder outputs, which can provide data from any variable of any channel.
- Buffered Output: 1 dedicated buffered output, which can provide signals for each sensor input.
- Supports Modbus communication via Ethernet and a software-configurable RS232/485 serial port, enabling data transmission with distributed control systems (DCS), supervisory control and data acquisition systems (SCADA), etc.
- Power Supply: Typically powered by 18 to 36Vdc, with an optional 110-220Vac external power supply.
- Dimensions:
- Monitor module: 196.9mm x 149.4mm x 74.4mm (7.75” x 5.88” x 2.93”).
- Monitor module with display: 196.9mm x 149.4mm x 97.8mm (7.75” x 5.88” x 3.85”).
- Mounting Method: Supports DIN-rail or panel mounting.
- ADC Conversion: Adopts 24-bit ADC conversion to ensure measurement accuracy.
- Event List: Has a 200-item event list for recording relevant status and event information.
