Model: SPHSS13. The ABB SPHSS13 hydraulic servo module, originally Bailey product, is an upgraded replacement for IMHSS05, designed for Symphony Plus / INFI90 Harmony DCS rack system. As a critical DEH servo main control card, SPHSS13 performs local closed‑loop calculation with LVDT valve position feedback after receiving DCS command signals. It outputs driving current for servo valves to precisely control steam turbine governor valves, main steam valves and water turbine wicket gates for unit speed and load regulation. Widely used in thermal power plant DEH digital electro‑hydraulic control system, SPHSS13 is a vital industrial spare part for 300MW,600MW coal‑fired power units and combined‑cycle power plants for maintenance and retrofitting projects. SPHSS13 supports PI and P‑Only control algorithm with local loop response less than 10ms.
