3. Application Principle

This sensor operates based  leveraging  The core component of the sensor is a magnetostrictive diaphragm integrated into a steel block. When an alternating current of 330 Hz is passed through the primary winding, a magnetic field is generated. The secondary winding, under the influence of mechanical force, induces a voltage signal proportional to the tension.

The sensor is only sensitive to forces in the vertical direction and has strong anti-interference capability against transverse and axial forces. Within the allowable range, the error is ≤ ±0.5%.
