III. Operating Principle
Signal Acquisition: Eddy current sensors (for displacement measurement) convert rotor clearance into 0-10V DC signals, while velocity/acceleration sensors (for vibration measurement) output AC signals; these signals are fed into the 2 respective channels;
Signal Processing: Hardware + software filtering is used to eliminate interference, weak signals are amplified, and calibration coefficients are applied to offset temperature drift/sensor drift, ensuring measurement accuracy;
Data Output & Early Warning: 4-20mA signals are transmitted to DCS/PLC; meanwhile, data is sent to the 3500/20 display module via the system bus, and audible and visual alarms are triggered when thresholds are exceeded;
Fault Protection: When parameters reach dangerous thresholds, the module links with the 3500/32 relay module to trigger emergency equipment shutdown, and simultaneously records fault data for subsequent traceability.
