Operating Principle
Signal Input and Processing: It receives various signals from on-site equipment (such as status signals of sensors and operation signals of buttons) through 8 digital input channels, and then processes and analyzes these signals.
Control Logic Execution: Based on preset control strategies and algorithms, the module executes corresponding control logic, such as determining whether safety conditions are met and deciding whether to trigger safety actions.
Signal Output: If a safety action needs to be executed, the module sends control signals to external equipment through 1 digital output channel, such as controlling the closure of valves and activating alarm devices.
Communication Function: With the help of the Modbus RTU communication protocol, the module exchanges data with other equipment or systems to achieve information sharing and collaborative control.
